We are seeking candidates with previous 1st Level Helpdesk Support experience for roles in central Dublin.
Good Customer skills and previous experience in a customer services / helpdesk role are required.
You should have an excellent telephone manner and be clear concise and courteous on the phone.
Fluent English langauge skills are required.

Minimum skills requirement is Microsoft MCSE qualification (not individual MCPs), preferably in the 2000/XP/2003 server ranges.

Project implementation experience in addition to administration is preferable.

Additional skill sets include administration and installation experience of MS Exchange, SQL, Citrix, SMS, Cisco.

Candidates should have experience dealing with customers and must be capable of taking responsibility and ownership for their work and clients.
